Tolling

There have been some changes to tolling in the project area during the construction of the Interchange.

A mainline toll plaza facility called Neshaminy Falls opened in January 2016 along the PA Turnpike between Richlieu and Galloway Roads in Bensalem Township. Within the toll plaza, E-ZPass is accepted in all lanes, while E-ZPass-only lanes (which can be traveled at highway speed) are located in the center of the toll plaza.

A cashless tolling facility opened in January 2016 at the Turnpike Bridge over the Delaware River to collect one-way tolls for westbound traffic entering PA from NJ. This tolling point uses E-ZPass or the PA Turnpike TOLL BY PLATE program, where customers receive an invoice through the mail. This Turnpike bridge toll over the Delaware River is the first implementation of cashless tolling on the PA Turnpike system. With the opening of the mainline Neshaminy Falls Toll Plaza and the cashless toll facility at the Turnpike Bridge, the Delaware Valley Interchange (358) and the Delaware River Bridge (359) toll plazas were decommissioned and removed.
