A Design Manager's Office has been established in the area to coordinate design, environmental monitoring and public involvement activities. From the West (I-276 – PA Turnpike)
Take I-276 East to Exit #351 Philadelphia Interchange, US-1
After toll, keep right for US-1 South
Turn (sharp) right onto Old Lincoln Highway

Turn left onto Northgate Drive (1st left)

Take I-95 North to Exit #35
(Woodhaven Road/PA-63 West/Bristol Pike (US-13)
Merge onto PA-63 West
