Law Enforcement Requests
The PA Turnpike Commission can only provide records to Law Enforcement officials when submitted through a valid search warrant, subpoena, or court order. Additional details are listed below.
- The information requested must be reasonably described and can only be provided for a criminal law enforcement action.
- Records associated with toll or travel information are not deemed to be a public record under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know law. To submit a Right to Know request, click here.
- There are no exigent circumstances that would allow the Commission to provide records without first being served with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.
