Public Involvement
The PTC will conduct a public meeting in the spring of 2024 to review details about the proposed widening and offer an opportunity for the community to ask questions and provide feedback. A plans display will be held at a convenient location in the project area and posted to the website for review and comments. More details will be provided soon.
Past Outreach
The PTC developed informational display boards for the Vera Cruz Road Bridge (SR 2027) and the Indian Creek Road Bridge (State Route 2018) that highlight the anticipated project timeline, staged construction typical sections, and a detailed engineering plan for the projects. The display boards were uploaded to the PTC project website. Links to the information were sent to affected municipalities.
The Turnpike hosted a Public and Local Officials’ Meeting on May 31, 2017, in Lehigh County, PA. The presentation is available for review below.
