Construction Activities

    Thorn Hill Road (Early Action)

    Reconstruction of Thorn Hill Road, the replacement of Bridge WB-400 (carrying Thorn Hill Road over the PA Turnpike) and replacement of Culvert WB-400B (conveying Brush Creek under Thorn Hill Road) has been completed and Thorn Hill Road is open to traffic.
