Daily Lane Restrictions Planned on Perry Highway in Marshall Township, Allegheny County
Single-lane closures needed through July for PA Turnpike bridge work.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is alerting motorists of daily, single-lane closures both southbound and northbound on State Route 19 (Perry Highway) in Marshall Township, Allegheny County beginning June 27 and lasting through July 18.

The daily lane restrictions will occur on Perry Highway between Thorn Hill Road and Warrendale Bayne Road from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The daily single-lane closures will be lifted over the July 4 holiday weekend and resume July 7.

Additional single-lane closures will be in effect in the same area overnight from July 7 through July 31, Monday through Friday between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. in both directions.

Crews will be constructing a new bridge and pier that will carry the Turnpike (I-76) over Perry Highway. Please use caution when traveling through the area and obey posted speed limits.

This work is a part the PTCs Total Reconstruction Project between mileposts 28 and 31, for more information on the project visit  https://www.paturnpike.com/traveling/construction/site/milepost-a28-a31-total-reconstruction/.
