Speech-Enabled ATMs

All service plazas have speech-enabled ATMs via a standard headphone jack, raised keypads, and Braille instructions.

Parking & Entry

Several designated parking spaces for those with disabilities and two for U.S. military veterans are located immediately outside each service plaza’s entrance.

• All service plazas have curb cuts at points where the parking lot meets sidewalks and are single-story buildings.

Accessible Restrooms

The PA Turnpike offers accessible restroom stalls, “Mommy and Me,” and family bathrooms in all locations.

Order Ahead Food Options

All service plazas with a Burger King or Starbucks have online, order-ahead options (accounts required). Be sure to select the correct service plaza location when ordering. Each plaza restaurant maintains its own hours.

EV Charging & Air Stations

Air Stations are available at each service plaza near its gas pumps. Electric vehicle charging stations are available at service plazas, and new DC fast chargers will be at all 17 service plaza locations by 2027. Customers can pay provider fees via a smartphone app or online.

Animal Relief Areas

Each service plaza has a dedicated Animal Relief Area for service animals or passengers traveling with pets. They are located outside of each service plaza, typically a short walk away from the main building.

Buses arrive and depart from a dedicated space, typically near the service plaza’s main entrance. .

Free Wi-Fi & Seating

Free wireless internet service is available throughout the service plazas. Open your device's wireless settings, select Applegreen Free Wi-Fi, accept terms, and connect. Outdoor seating and picnic areas are available at all plaza locations near main entrances.

1. Open your device's wireless network connection window and select Applegreen Free Wi-Fi, then click CONNECT.
2. Once connected, start your browser.
3. A security pop-up will open. Click YES to accept the terms and proceed.
4. Then Click CONNECT to receive free Wi-Fi at service plazas along the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
5. You can now browse to your desired destination.

E-ZPass & PA Lottery Sales

Drivers can purchase an E-ZPass Go Pak, pre-loaded with $35, at any service plaza. Official Pennsylvania Lottery Sales are also available at each location.

Language Translations

A Spanish version of the PA Turnpike website is available via the Google Translate dropdown at the top right of the webpage. For signage translation throughout plazas, travelers are encouraged to use translation apps like Apple Translate, Google Translate, or Microsoft Translator.
