Design Activities
SPRING / SUMMER 2025
- Communication with Stakeholders: All required documentation has been coordinated with all stakeholders. We will continue to coordinate and keep communication lines open throughout the preliminary design phase.
- Field Documentation: Our team will continue to conduct field views to document environmental constraints, stream designations, geotechnical investigations and take an inventory of existing signage to coordinate with maintenance and protection of traffic.
- Surveying Activities: Surveyors will continue to work along the mainline and side streets to verify the aerial mapping and update the information as necessary with any changes noted in the field. The surveyors also need this data to set the alignment for the preliminary design phase. The team will also gather property information along the borders between the mainline and adjacent properties.
- Structure Inspections: Design team will continue to inspect PTC mainline structures and overhead structures within the MP 155-160 project limits. Structures include but not limited to: SR 0026 (Clear Creek Road), SR 1006 (Ritchey Road West and East), SR 2026 (Pointer Road) and multiple culverts carrying streams under the mainline.
