  1. Automatic Payment from Bank Account
    An initial payment of $35 per transponder plus a $3 annual fee is required to open your account. (Please include a voided check along with your payment. This option authorizes the PA Turnpike to initiate debit entries from your bank account for a minimum of $35 per transponder. This replenishment takes place whenever your account balance reaches a cumulative value of $10 or less per transponder. ($10 x # of Transponders) NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. The replenishment amount will be increased if an account replenishes more than three times a month. THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE IF YOU APPLY ONLINE.
  2. Credit, Debit or Check Card
    An initial payment of $35 per transponder plus a $3 annual fee is required to open your account. This option authorizes the PA Turnpike to charge the payment card listed on your account a minimum of $35 per transponder when your account balance reaches a cumulative value of $10 or less per transponder. ($10 x # of Transponders).
    NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. The replenishment amount will be increased if an account replenishes more than two times a month.
  3. Manual Payment
    This option requires a transponder deposit.   The minimum amount required to establish a manual account is $48 ($10 for a transponder deposit, $35 for tolls, and $3 for the annual fee) for each transponder added to the account. This option requires you to replenish your account balance when it reaches a cumulative value of $15 or less per transponder ($15 x # of Transponders). To add funds to your account, customers can make payments online, through our mobile app, PA Toll Pay, by phone (1-877-736-6727 and when prompted, say "Customer Service" then select 1) or mail.  Check or money order should be made payable to the PA Turnpike and include your E-ZPass account number.  Mail payments to the PA Turnpike E-ZPass Customer Service Center at 300 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17111.  Allow ten days for mail delivery and posting to your account.  Cash payments are only accepted at the PA Turnpike E‑ZPass Customer Service Center.

Toll Dispute Form

If you traveled on the PA Turnpike and believe the toll charge you received was incorrect, you can dispute it by providing the information using the Toll Dispute Form options. To process your toll dispute, provide a copy of your E‑ZPass account statement indicating the transaction(s) you wish to dispute.

File a Claim for Damages

Complete and submit this form only if you have experienced an injury or damage to your vehicle or property, for which you believe the PA Turnpike Commission is responsible. For all other concerns, please use the Contact Us form.

 

If you have questions before submitting a Claim for Damages and need to speak to a Turnpike representative please dial 1-877-736-6727 and say 'Claim' when prompted by the IVR to speak your request.
