Scranton Beltway Public Hearing - October 28, 2026
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (Commission), in coordination with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), will conduct a second public hearing for the Scranton Beltway Project. The hearing will be held on October 28, 2026. The public hearing will be conducted as part of the 30-day comment period on the revised Environmental Assessment (EA) document.
While this hearing is part of the overall Scranton Beltway Project, its purpose is to address the Environmental Assessment information and proposed design revisions specifically in the Wyoming Valley Interchange area.
