Winter 2026 Update
The Breezewood Interchange project team expects to begin conducting design alternative analyses and preliminary engineering activities in 2026. These activities include environmental field work such as surveys, environmental, geotechnical, and right of way investigations and final design of roadway, structures, and stormwater management facilities.
