Fall 2025 Update
- Mainline I-476: The project is currently in the final design phase of work.
- Geotechnical fieldwork underway: Drilling activity will take place adjacent to the Pennsylvania Turnpike to evaluate subsurface conditions and identify potential risks like unstable soil to inform design and construction decisions. Property owners may see drill rigs, similar to the one in the picture below. If there is a disturbance to the area, it will be restored to the original condition as much as possible after completion of the drilling.
