Design
Phase 1 began in 2018 with preliminary design and was completed in 2019. In 2020, there was a short pause in design activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Phase 2 began in 2020 and final design activities are currently underway. A public meeting to present the design plans was held in 2022. The plans presented at the public meeting are available for review at this link.
