Possible Delays Expected on Pennsylvania Turnpike Near Morgantown
MIDDLETOWN, Pa. —The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission advises motorists traveling on the Pennsylvania Turnpike around Milepost 298, near the Morgantown Interchange, to be prepared for slow-moving and stopped traffic in both directions on Thursday, Dec. 18 from 9:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. There will be left lane closures to replace damaged concrete median barrier from a previous crash.
During the work, PA Turnpike maintenance and state police vehicles will restrict PA Turnpike traffic to a speed of 55 miles per hour. Motorists are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.
