Ramp Closures Scheduled at Lehigh Valley Interchange 

Detours will be in place around PA Route 22 

LEHIGH COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Turnpike (PA Turnpike) advises motorists that detours will be in place on certain ramps at the Lehigh Valley Interchange (Exit 57) on the Northeast Extension (Interstate 476) next week to allow for asphalt resurfacing. 

Beginning 9 p.m. on Friday, August 23 until Saturday, August 24 at 7 a.m., the westbound off-ramp of PA Route 22 will be closed. Drivers will be routed to the PA Route 100 interchange and then to PA Route 22 Eastbound to gain entry to the Lehigh Valley Interchange.  

Then on Monday, August 26 at 8 p.m. until Tuesday, August 27 at 5 a.m., the westbound on-ramp of PA Route 22 at the Lehigh Valley Interchange will be closed. Drivers will be detoured on State Route 22 Eastbound to the interchange for PA Route 309 where traffic will be routed to PA Route 22 Westbound.
