Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (“PA Turnpike”) Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
This agreement is between you and the PA Turnpike with office located at 700 Eisenhower Blvd. Middletown, PA 17106. All references to “PA Turnpike," "we," "our," or "us" refer to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and any of its affiliates.
You have received an invitation to engage with TSI for the purpose of satisfying an outstanding invoice for tolls owed to the PA Turnpike. The PA Turnpike has contracted with TSI to engage with PA Turnpike users in an effort to simplify the toll collection process (the “Text Messaging Toll Collection Service”).
By electing to opt-in to continue to receive text messages from the PA Turnpike or our affiliate, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement.
The number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services. Once your transaction for the outstanding toll is completed, you will not receive any further messages from us unless and until you owe additional tolls in the future.
You may withdraw your consent to the receipt of current and future text messages and all future use of the electronic record by replying STOP.
PA Turnpike does not charge you for the messages you send and receive via the Text Message Toll Collection Service. Please note that your wireless provider may apply its own message and data rates.
