By order of the President of the United States, all US flags should be lowered to half-staff for Reverend Billy Graham on Friday, March 2, the day of his interment and remain at half-staff until sunset.

The Commonwealth flag shall continue to fly at half-staff at the Capitol Complex, all Pennsylvania Department of Corrections facilities, and all Commonwealth facilities in Somerset County in honor of Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Sergeant Mark J. Baserman, until sunset on the day of his interment, which has yet to be set.
