If your E-ZPass account does not have sufficient funds to pay for your travel on the PA Turnpike, a Toll By Plate invoice will be sent.  If your account balance is insufficient to pay tolls when traveling on other toll roads within the E-ZPass system, you will remain liable for any amounts owed.
