General - RFQ Bid #EN-00191-3-02, Plumbing - RFQ Bid #EN-00191-3-03, Electrical- RFQ Bid #EN-00191-3-04, and HVAC- RFQ Bid #EN-00191-3-05. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings will be held at the location and times below. Those who wish to bid on this contract must attend one of the pre-bid meetings August 31, 2016, at 1:00PM (ET) or September 1, 2016 at 10:00AM (ET) The Pre-Bid Location is: Pennsylvania Turnpike EPD Building, 300 East Park Drive Harrisburg, PA 17111.
