Vendor to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Systemwide Maintenance for Uninterruptible Power Sources and Batteries for systems manufactured by APC/MGE for a period of two (2) years: October 2020 through September 30, 2022 with option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
