Bid documents and specifications are available on CD. (Please note that the RFQ documents refer to a CD dated January 2017. The CD labeled November 2016 is the correct CD.) Mandatory Pre-Meeting will be held at the times and locations indicated on the Notice To Bidders. Those who wish to bid on this contract must attend at least one of the pre-bid meetings.
