PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE COMMISSION vendor registration
You must be on our Approved Vendor List in order to do business with the PTC. You may apply for inclusion on this list by completing the steps below.
You will be asked in this process to identify categories of materials or services that you provide. Upon acceptance of your Vendor Registration,
you will be notified that you are included in the PTC’s Approved Vendor List.
If your company is already on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission’s Vendor List, your company has been assigned a Vendor Number.
If you are updating your application with us, providing this number will help us properly process your request. This number can be found directly above your company name on any purchase order which you have received from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. This number can also be found in the upper right corner of any payment advice or check stub, it is designated as your account with us.
If you are unable to locate a PTC Vendor # for your company, you may leave this field blank.
Because the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is required to file an information return with the IRS, we must obtain your correct taxpayer identification number (TIN) to report amounts paid to you.
The TIN provided must match the name given.
For individuals, this is generally your social security number (SSN). If you are a sole proprietor and you have an EIN, you may enter either your SSN or EIN. However, the IRS prefers that you use your SSN.
If you are a single-member LLC that is disregarded as an entity separate from its owner, enter the owner’s SSN (or EIN, if the owner has one). Do not enter the disregarded entity’s EIN. If the LLC is classified as a corporation or partnership, enter the entity’s EIN.
