Commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds to fly at half-staff.


Governor Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds to fly at half-staff to honor former Auditor General Donald A. Bailey, who passed away Monday, March 9, 2020.

The commonwealth flag shall be lowered to half-staff until sunset on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, and again on the day of the funeral, Saturday, March 14, 2020.

The United States flag is to remain at full staff through this tribute.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
