Commonwealth flags to fly at half-staff.

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered the commonwealth flags on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds in Pennsylvania to fly at half-staff to honor Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Donald C. Brackett, who died Saturday morning in Bucks County.

“Frances and I send our deepest condolences to Trooper Brackett’s family and fellow troopers,” Governor Wolf said. “Trooper Brackett chose a life of service and we will always be indebted to him and his family for their sacrifice.”

The commonwealth flag shall be lowered until sunset on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, and on the day of the funeral, which has not been announced. The U.S. flag shall remain at full-staff.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
