Four Pa. Turnpike Service Plazas to Have Limited Parking
Plaza parking lots scheduled to be resurfaced this month.

The Pa. Turnpike Commission advises motorists that four service plazas along the mainline will temporarily have limited parking available while workers resurface the parking lots later this month. All services will still be offered including fuel, food and restroom facilities while the work is being done.

Two service plazas will be affected at one time. Oakmont Service Plaza located at milepost 49.3 eastbound in Allegheny County and New Stanton Service Plaza located at milepost 77.6 westbound in Westmoreland County will have limited parking Sept. 13 and 14, while North Somerset Service Plaza located at milepost 112.3 westbound in Somerset County and North Midway Service Plaza located at milepost 147.3 westbound in Bedford County will experience limited parking Sept. 20 and 21.

This work is subject to changed based on weather conditions. Message boards will be activated to update motorists of any changes to the schedule.
