The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is alerting motorists that Bogdan Road(T-882), between Coyle Curtain Road (SR 2025) and Taylors Run Road(SR 1020), in Washington County will close on Monday, July 6, 1998.

Bogdan Road will be reconstructed as part of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's Mon-Fayette Expressway Interstate 70 to Route 51 project. Turnpike officials anticipate the opening of the reconstructed-Bogdan Road in mid-November of this year.

Local residents are to use Coyle Curtain Road and Rt. 88 to Taylors Run Road if accessing Carroll Farms or Wickerham Manor. Through traffic should use the existing Taylors Run Road detour over Rt. 88, SR 481, Taylors Run and Coyle Curtain Roads.

Motorists are urged to use caution in this and all construction areas, and to remember to give Pennsylvania Turnpike highway workers a "Brake."
