made for any reason. It is the responsibility of the buyer to assess equipment
condition and specifications to their satisfaction.
*All Buyers must make payment no later than 12:00 Noon, August 31, 2010.
*Removal dates September 1. 2010 and September 2, 2010 8:00 - 2:00 PM. Buyer must
arrange for loading.
*Buyers who fail to complete their purchase may be precluded from participating
in future sales.
Acceptable methods of payment include Certified Checks and Cashier Checks Made out
to Asset Auctions LLC, Wire Transfers , and the Following Credit
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card.
