Used Guide Rail components, including guide rail panels, posts, metal offset blocks, and backing plates for sale by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, located at PTC Maintenance locations as listed.

Conditions:

  1. The Award will be based on the lump sum bid price for an entire lot at a location.

  2. Successful bidder(s) will be given ten (10) days to furnish loading and transport equipment to remove all approved items from Turnpike property.

  3. PTC will not be responsible for accidents.

  4. It is the awarded bidder's responsibility to supply all equipment and personnel for the removal of the guide rail items. No PA Turnpike employees or equipment will be available for assistance. Bidder(s) and/or their carrier must also supply proof of workman's comp and liability insurance in the amounts listed below.

General Liability   $1,000,000 per occurence
                           $2,000,000 in the aggregate
Automobile Liability $2,000,000
                               combined single limit
Worker's Compensation to statutory limits.
