From the Turnpike: Newville Maintenance Building is located 13 miles east of Blue Mountain Toll Plaza, Exit 15, and 12 miles west of Carlisle Toll Plaza, Exit 16.

Special Notes:
(1) All vehicles utilizing the Turnpike to get to the auction must exit the system at a toll plaza.
(2) Lot #'s may change prior to sale as items are added.
(3) Pennsylvania Turnpike employees and their immediate household members are prohibited to purchase any items at this auction.

Thursday, April 29, 2004 (morning of sale)
7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Potential buyers are asked to arrive early to inspect equipment.

Buyer is required to pay Asset Auctions for items purchased in case, cashier's check, wire transfer, or company check supported by letter of guarantee from a nationally chartered or state-chartered financial institution, or by one of the following credit cards -- American Express™, Visa™, Master Card™, or Discover Card™.

Onsite Buyers must arrange for payment in full on sale day. Webcast Buyers must make payment no later than 12:00 Noon, Friday, April 30. Acceptable methods of payment include Case, Certified Check, Company Check with "Bank Letter of Guarantee", Wire Transfer; and the following credit cards -- American Express™, Visa™, Master Card™, or Discover Card™. Invoice payments will only be accepted at sale location on Thursday, April 29, after that payment must be sent to Asset Auctions, 384 Lehigh Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232

Any buyer who purchases a lot which is currently titled must transfer the title regardless of whether they will be registering the equipment or not.
