Directions:

From the Turnpike: Newville Maintenance Building is located 12 miles west of Carlisle Toll Plaza, Exit 226 on the Westbound side of the Turnpike.

From Route 81: Take Exit 11, then Route 233 North.  From Route 233, turn right onto Center Road.  Go approx. 1/2 mile to 2nd road on let and turn left.  This is called Moon Road.  This is a blacktop road, but will turn into a dirt road.  At the first stop sign, turn right.  At the next stop sign, go straight.  Make a left onto the new access road to the maintenance shed.  There will be signs the day of the sale.

Special Notes:
All vehicles utilizing the Turnpike to get to the auction must exit the system at a toll plaza.

November 17, 2009 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Terms:

*All Items are being offered AS-IS.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect equipment.  No refunds will be made for any reason.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to assess equipment condition and specifications to their satisfaction.

*All Buyers must make payment no later than 12:00 Noon, November 24, 2009.

*All items must be removed by November 24, 2009.  Buyer must arrange for loading.  Removal Hours 9:00 - 2:00 PM.

*Buyers who fail to complete their purchase may be precluded from participating in future sales.

Acceptable methods of payment include Certified Checks and Cashier Checks Made out to Asset Auctions LLC, Wire Transfers , and the Following Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card.

This Auction Carries a 6% Buyer's Premium.  If Paid By Check or Wire Transfer a 2% Discount Applies to Buyers premium.
