The "Right-to-Know Law," 65 P. S. §§ 66.1-66.9, effective December 26, 2002, provides agencies instructions concerning the receipt of and response to requests for public records by Pennsylvania residents.  Requests for public records under the Right-to-Know Law must be submitted in writing to the Commission's Right-to-Know Law Official, along with proof of residency, such as a photocopy of requestor's Pennsylvania driver's license. The Commission's Right-to-Know Law Official is the sole recipient for such requests.  E-mail requests are not permitted.

The Commission shall charge the fees listed below for copying records.
 
Fees:    - 15¢ for one side of standard 8.5" x 11" page
             - No charge for postage in standard letter envelope
             - Actual cost for postage in nonstandard letter envelope
             - Actual cost for PC diskettes
 
Fees for all other services will be set in accordance with the Act.
 
*Commission Offices will be closed on the following holidays:  New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
