| The "Right-to-Know Law," 65 P. S. §§ 66.1-66.9, effective December 26, 2002, provides agencies instructions concerning the receipt of and response to requests for public records by Pennsylvania residents. Requests for public records under the Right-to-Know Law must be submitted in writing to the Commission's Right-to-Know Law Official, along with proof of residency, such as a photocopy of requestor's Pennsylvania driver's license. The Commission's Right-to-Know Law Official is the sole recipient for such requests. E-mail requests are not permitted. |
