ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• Dispensing Fuel - at prevailing rate
• Dispensing Antifreeze - at prevailing rate
• Winching
• Removal of parts to permit towing
• Use of specialty tools
• Time Spent in excess of 15 minutes
• Other Non-listed services

RATES APPLY ONLY TO MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNS

"Prevailing rates" are prices charged in the vicinity of the Authorized Service Providers territory. For Service in excess of 15 minutes to render a non-listed service, the Authorized Service Provider may charge a labor fee calculated at the prevailing, competitive hourly rate not to exceed fees normally charged for off-Turnpike work.

THERE SHALL BE NO ROADWAY SERVICE CHARGE
WHEN THERE IS A TOWING CHARGE

Towing rates are based on mileage from the point of breakdown on the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the contracted garage. Should a customer wish to be towed to any other location of their choosing, the Authorized Service Provider may charge prevailing rates and payment arrangements shall be agreed before additional towing/service is performed.  Repairs after leaving the Pennsylvania Turnpike System are for direct arrangements between the customer and the Authorized Service Provider.  Any Authorized Service Provider is permitted to charge a daily storage fee for vehicles left on their property.

AAA - All Authorized Service Providers honor valid AAA memberships, as well as other motor club memberships. Check with provider for details.

PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT USUALLY ACCEPTED
Payment arrangements shall be between the customer and the Authorized Service Provider.
