Changing E-mail address and Password

  1. Select Change Password
  2. Enter your Account Number and Current Password and click submit
  3. Under "New E-mail Address" enter your new e-mail address. *Skip if e-mail address does not need to be changed
  4. Under "New Password" enter your new password. Re-enter your new password.
  5. Click Submit

Your new password is now active.  If you changed your email address, a new password will be generated for you and sent to your new email address.  Once you receive this password, you can change it at any time by following steps 1-5 again.


To Access your Account's Billing Information

  1. Select Access to Charge Card Usage Details from the Commercial Account Information Page
  2. Enter your Account Number and Current Password
  3. Click Submit


Viewing Billing Information
        Not Recommended for large amounts of data

  1. From the menu bar on the left side of your screen, click on View Billing Information
  2. Select the month for which you would like to view information from the drop down box at the top of the screen. The most current month is shown as default. The database contains six months worth of data.
  3. Choose which type of view you would like.  Detail lists every transaction for a given month.  Summary lists your card numbers and their totals.
  4. Select to view information for a single card (specify ONLY Starting Card Number), a range of cards (specify a Starting Card Number and an Ending Card Number), or all the cards for your entire account (leave both fields blank).
  5. Click on view.

The database is updated by the 10th of the month.  Six months of data will be available.

Important Notes: If the data set is large, a screen will appear stating that how large your information is, and a chart will show the length of time it would take to retrieve the requested information. You may continue to get the requested billing information, which could take up to 6 hours to retrieve.  If the data you requested is very large and will take a few hours to view, we recommend downloading the data file rather than viewing it on the Internet.  To download your data, follow the instructions below.


Download Billing Information File

  1. From the menu bar on the left side of your screen, click on Download Data
  2. Specify the month you want data for, under "Months Available for Download".
  3. Select Prepare for Download, which will create a data file for the specified month. Once your file has been created (this process could take a few hours), an e-mail message will be sent to you indicating that you are now ready to download your data file.
  4. Re-enter into the Commercial Accounts, Billing, and Download Data Screens.
  5. Under "Data Ready to Download", select the month which you requested data for.
  6. Select Download Data.
  7. Select "Click Here to Get the File"
  8. Your browser will open a dialog box asking whether you want to Open or to Save the file.  CHOOSE Save.
  9. You will then be prompted for the location you wish to Save the file.  Choose a location on your local hard drive to save your data file.
  10.   The file you downloaded is a Self-Extracting Zip file.  This means that the file has been compressed to make it small enough to transfer via the Internet.  To de-compress your data file, simply double-click on the file you downloaded and a dialog box will appear asking where you would like to save the data file.  Type in a location and your data file will be saved in that location.
  11.   You can now use that data file however you wish, whether that be in a speadsheet, database, or mainframe application.


Exit and go back to the home page

  1. From the menu bar on the left side of your screen, click on Log Out
