On December 31, 2008, The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) issued "Addendum #2" to the "Request for Concept/Solutions (RFCS)" to complete the Mon/Fayette Expressway and the Southern Beltway projects. The response and question deadlines have been extended.
