Wilbur Smith Associates is conducting a Level 1 Traffic and Revenue Study that is expected to be completed in 2008. Upon completion and acceptance of this report by the PTC, toll plaza locations will be finalized and a Level 2 Investment Grade Study will be completed prior to issuance of bonds in 2009. The traffic and revenue study will identify toll plaza locations, potential diversion routes, and traffic attractions and diversions based on expected use and any special requirements for traffic along the I-80 corridor.
