The I-80 Advisory Committee was established by the Pennsylania Turnpike Commission after Act 44 was passed to provide a forum for regular project updates and discussions of importance to the communities across the corridor.  Membership on the Committee does not constitue support for the project, but a commitment to the facts that will be provided on a regular basis to its members.  Over the next few years the Committee will advise the Commission on important issues to the community including:

How the Project will be developed;
The anticipated schedule for key decisions;
Important issues for the communities that the Turnpike should consider; and
Public involvement and outreach needs.
