Final Design Details

The Pennsylvania Turnpike is working diligently on the final design plans for the northern section of the Northeastern Extension Total Reconstruction and Widening project. These plans have been greatly influenced by suggestions and recommendations from local legislators, township officials, and the public. Using this input, the Turnpike incorporated alternative design concepts into the existing plans to drastically minimize, if not eliminate residential property impacts.
